The property is located on the attic floor of a building of the 90s, without any character with a distribution of pieces turned to the terrace.
The refurbishment maintains the relationship with the large terrace, the kitchen is completely renewed, improving the relationship with the dining room. A piece of furniture is in charge of articulating these spaces and hiding the pillar. The storage of the house is increased with a series of built-in wardrobes.
Collaboration with Carla Sentieri Omarrementería, professor at the ETSA in Valencia and Alba Cariñena.
